Hand made, 1 3/4" from the bottom of the ear wire.
Ancient Greece is renowned for, among many other talents, the pottery it produced and the skill of its metal work. Both traditions continue today; these earrings focus around an amazing Greek-made pewter fan drop, partially oxidized, then dipped in bronze. At the bottom of each drop are ten individually attached and wrapped wires, each of which sports a Moykono rounded bead and a ball at the end created by hand torching and partial melting of the wire. The ear wire as well is hand-crafted, featuring a vine climbing up from the loop.
Truly a unique accessory, with a touch of the exotic and the ancient as well.
