Multiple photos are included so there are close-ups of the unusual and artistic pendant, the hand-made chain in its entirety, and the matching earrings. With a 10mm tiger eye bead as a focal point, the pendant measures 2 3/8" in length and is created of undulating swirls and weaves of a mixture of 18 and 24 gauge copper, then antiqued and coated to protect the antiquing. The chain, which measures 18", was constructed to complement the art of the pendant, containing 16 and 14 gauge copper, coupled with multiple 8 mm and 4 mm tiger eye beads, as well as a hand forged clasp. The clasp, which echoes the curves and swirls below it, can be attached to any of the multiple loops in the chain, making this not only an unusual and beautiful piece, but also a very versatile one. Wear it at full length with a blouse, shorten it to peek out from under a turtleneck. Please click on the arrow below the photos to see an additional photos showing the entire chain.
The earrings (2"+) echo the pendant, using 6 mm tiger eye beads and adorned with copper ornaments and antiqued copper ear wires. The tiny balls at the end of the earrings were created by melting the wire into forming a ball.
Hand made and donated by the artist.
