Far more attention went into forming these earrings than first meets the eye. The petroglyph scenes were created by layering a thin piece of sterling silver over top of copper, then grinding away the silver to create the scenes in the photo. On the back is engraved RHM-C-SS-98 which I assume to be the artist's initials, followed by a "C" for copper, "SS" for sterling silver, and "98" for 1998.
It is rare that I have earrings of this caliber of creation and likewise rare that I have a signed pair. Certainly, these are one of a kind.
