Shipping policy - Jewelry

Purchased items are mailed a minimum of two times per week, generally Monday and Thursday, from Washington State, USA, usually by first class mail. If your
package exceeds the weight limitation for first class mail, it will be mailed by
priority mail with no extra charge to you.


Our rates are based upon the average actual cost of (postage and mailing
materials). one item to your country or state. If you purchase more than one item and the postage becomes more expensive, we pay the additional amount. We do not charge a handling fee.


At present, we use the following rates:

  1. Within the United States $4.45
  2. Japan and Australia $17.50
  3. Canada $12.50
  4. Rest of the World $14.75


Tracking is provided with all purchases, generally the day that items are mailed. International mail has been taking three or more weeks; domestic U.S. mail three to five days. With the current interruption of mail services, we have seen a few
international mailings that took a week or two longer

If you prefer a method of shipping other than U. S. Mail, or desire express or
priority rather than first class mail, please e-mail us at the address below, we will provide a cost to you, and arrange for any additional payment as a result of the enhanced service.

Shipping policy - Non-Jewelry

On average it takes 2-7 business days to create an apparel product and then an average of 4 days to ship your item depending on where you are based.

All shipped items are tracked, please note the quality of tracking may differ depnding on the shipping carrier.

The below shipping carriers are used when items are shipped from the US, Canada, or Australia:

US: USPS, UPS, DHL Express

Canada: Canada Post

Australia: Sendle

Customs fees: Based on your country you may have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on order value, country, etc. Any applicable fees will need to be made to the relevant customs agency by the customer.
