If you're not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from us please let us know! If your item is defective or damaged we'd be happy to replace it with something of equal or lesser value or give a full refund including your postage, whichever you prefer..

Returns Policy

If you've simply changed your mind about wanting your purchase you can return it to us and we will swap the item for another item, depending on availability. Just cover the cost of shipping and we'd be happy to oblige.

We aim to have all refunds/returns processed within 5 business days, upon receipt of proof of damage/defect (such as a photograph) or return of unwanted items.

For non-jewelry purchases:

For damaged/misprinted/defective items, please let us know within 4 weeks of receiving the item at the email below. If the item is deemed to be defective and it is the fault of the manufacturer, the shipping charges will be covered.

Wrong address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the item is undeliverable it will be returned to the shipping facility. Reshipping charges may apply, please contact us at the email below if this happens.

Returns: At this time we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
