This lovely and unique necklace features natural stones of desert picture jasper and its friends, in a calibrated array of sizes. The smaller strand is heishi beads, again in the desert picture stone motif. The remainder of the necklace is constructed to brass findings, coupled with antique brass toned seed beads. The seed beads are not identical, which creates a "nubby" effect. My best guess is that this necklace will hang approximately 9" down (it will vary a bit depending upon the size of your neck. I've also included a close up of the extraordinary teardrops forming the "heart" of this handmade necklace. The color combinations are just perfect as we ease into fall--the sizing is just perfect for either a turtleneck or a drop collar.
